Founder

Jim founded Always Air in 2001, and with tireless work ethic and integrity, grew the company into all that it is today. Although Jim has enjoyed retirement since 2020, he remains a trusted mentor. Customers speak of Jim as a good man and a real friend, and it’s these relationships that are the cornerstone of our success.

Owner & Operator

David began working for Always Air in 2010, keen to absorb all the wisdom of the trade that Jim could provide. In 2015, Jim’s daughter Jenny and David were wed, and in 2018 blessed Jim with a granddaughter, Rose. David has always aspired to be the best at his trade, and as owner and operator, continues to uphold the company values.

Marketing & Administration

Jenny grew up riding with her father, Jim, to air conditioning calls, and now handles everything from accounting to marketing for Always Air. She is a woman of many talents, from photography to web design and currently works full time for a commercial real estate firm in Fort Worth. She is married to David and has one daughter, Rose.

Master Technician

Alan is the most senior employee of Always Air, having been with the company for 21 years. In all that time, he has always been a dependable technician of the highest caliber. He is a well of knowledge, and always ensures our customers are well taken care of.

Journeyman Technician

Zach joined Always Air in 2020, and has exhibited a tenacity for mastering the trade. He exhibits a level of expertise and professionalism beyond his years, and always rises to the occasion for his coworkers and our customers.
